In order to hire an attorney at Viner Law, you will be required to sign a fee agreement which sets forth the terms of the contract between you and your attorney. The agreement will specify the hourly rates charged, the amount of money required to be deposited into the attorney trust account (retainer), if any, and the payment terms. You will understand how the retainer will be applied to future bills and you will have a clear understanding of what Viner Law has agreed to do for you.
Until a fee agreement is fully executed between you and Viner Law, you are not a client
